NCC – NATIONAL CADET CORPS

The NCC is a Youth Development Programme which inculcates a sense of duty, commitment, dedication, discipline and moral values. It aims to empower students to become able leaders and useful citizens.

Our school became an NCC sub-unit in year 2021 – 2022, the cadets are chosen after a battery of both Physical and Medical tests.

The cadets are trained by an Ex-Serviceman (Permanent Inspector ) of 5 Telangana Battalion NCC. The First batch of NCC has 50 cadets, comprising 30 boys and 20 girls. The training sessions are held twice a week for a duration of 2 hrs per day.

The students of VIIIth grade are eligible for the NCC programme and sign up for 2- year training course. All the cadets must attend the Annual NCC Camp organised at Bison Training Ground in Secunderabad to be Awarded the A – Certificate.
